Three Thrilling Days in Nova Scotia
Ever since Breanna's (Kyla Pratt) mom (Tichina Arnold) mentioned moving to Nova Scotia, my curiosity about this intriguing place skyrocketed! An island off Canada, it felt like a world away, and I just had to discover... What adventures await there? So, I grabbed my husband, mom, and sister, and off we went to explore!
Day 1
Arrival at Airbnb Hydrostone Oasis
While waiting for everyone’s flights to touch down, we decided to dive into some delicious food on the waterfront at Cafe Lunette before heading over to the Africville Museum

We then hit the city and made one of the best decisions ever—dining in downtown Halifax at Beyond Pho before indulging in some cider tasting. Trust me, it’s a must-do!
Downtown for dinner
Bulwark cider house for a cider flight
Day 2
We kicked off our day with a classic Tim Hortons breakfast, then ventured out to Ovens Natural Park for some exhilarating cave exploration.
Next stop, Lunenburg for a delightful lunch at Dock Sider surround by vibrant buildings.
We wrapped up our sightseeing at Peggy’s Cove with some rock climbing. Just kidding... sort of.
That evening, after a bit of rest, we headed to The Wooden Monkey Dartmouth for a lovely dinner by the lake.
Day 3
We set sail (Sail Boat Ride) to see the city from the water, then indulged in all things Canadian on the boardwalk afterwards.
Try:
Beavertails
Dave’s lobster tail
Donair and garlic fingers
Moon Mist Fisherman Cove
Salt water candy (chicken & waffle)
Brawta Jamaican (we kept grabbing things from here)
That evening, we relaxed, and when hunger struck, we checked out the brick-and-mortar location for Brawta Jamaican Jerk Joint.
The next day, we departed, amazed by all the incredible experiences and eager for more adventures. Where to next?
